Encompass Showing Safety Policy:

For everyone’s safety and to ensure a fair process, all interested parties must complete our free application before a showing can be scheduled. Screening is NOT necessary at this time to avoid any fees!

If you decide to move forward after submitting the free application, a background and credit screening will be required. The screening fee is $32 and is paid directly to TransUnion.

To avoid this fee, applicants may submit:

• A background check, and
• A credit report that includes a credit score,
• as long as both documents are less than 90 days old.
• If acceptable documentation is provided, no additional screening fee will be required and TransUnion screening will be waived.

Please note that Encompass Real Estate takes safety precautions to protect our team members while showing property to new customers/clients. We use a NABOR sponsored software to search all new clients/customers before confirming showing appointments. Additional documentation or verification questions may be requested. Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe!
